This course is designed to provide students with training in cutting-edge text mining knowledge and methods as a powerful social listening and analytic tool. Students will learn how to extract meaningful insights from digital platforms, including social media, in order to engage diverse audiences through data-driven storytelling, a critical skill for contemporary communication professionals. No prior coding experience or skills are required.
